Today, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products are sold to a large extent also on the secondary market, as so-called secondary licenses.

All over the world, but also in Slovakia, many companies are selling fake products, like MSDN and Dreamspark licenses.

These either have a limited validity or are deactivated by Microsoft in the event of a leak to the black market.
In addition, it may not succeed in a possible software copyright audit, and in addition to wasting money on buying fake products, the person who bought such licenses often has to pay a fine as well.

We sell original software at a lower price

Through the modification of European legislation (No. 2009/24/EC), it was finally possible to change the price dictates of large software companies and allow free trading of used software licenses (so-called secondary licenses) on the European market, similar to how the re-sale of books works, home, cars, laptops, or any other thing you own.

We buy excess and unused licenses on the market for you and sell them to you at a fraction of their original price with the same final value.

How software re-sale works

Licenses are bought and sold based on the directive of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2009/24/EC of 23/04/2009 on the legal protection of computer programs, confirmed by the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 03/07/2012, which decided that trading in used software licenses is legal in the EU.

Today, we can offer you as a final consumer an original and legal license for a fraction of its original price in the form of an original license key.

The licenses we sell are so-called secondary licenses, i.e. licenses that have already been installed once on other devices in the past, and after the end of the life cycle of these devices were uninstalled and sold onto the market with secondary licenses, their further sale was made possible by legislation based on the directive of the European Parliament no. 2009/24/EC since 2009, which was further confirmed and expanded by the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union dated 3.7.2012. He confirmed that trading with used software licenses is legal on EU soil and expanded the range to include the electronic form of distribution of secondary licenses. The secondary license has the same parameters as the new license but at a significantly lower purchase price.

The reason is the origin of the license, which is mostly the so-called developer license (MSDN), or licenses intended for the academic community (Dreamspark). These licenses are not intended for sale, and although they work on installed devices, they violate Microsoft’s license terms. Therefore, if such a license is used in violation of the license conditions (at home or in business), it is illegal and unlicensed software. In addition, with these licenses, there is a risk of their deactivation, or the possibility of their reuse when reinstalling the device. You can verify which license you have purchased directly on the Microsoft line. Alternatively, after agreement and sending the product key, we can also verify such a license for you.

Our company sells only legal, genuine licenses intended for businesses or households. You won’t find a single MSDN or Dreamspark license in our portfolio, even though these licenses are available at a fraction of the price. Typical for these licenses is a low price (in the case of Windows 10) and in the Office 2019 Professional Plus portfolio at a suspiciously low price, which are the so-called volume licenses, usually the most expensive Office licenses on the market when they are first sold. A license transfer also requires a legal document and an invoice. Without this, your company will not pass any software audit.

In the case of electronic delivery, the delivery will include:

• Electronic license / Certificate of authenticity in accordance with EU legislation
• ISO file for download (does not contain physical media), or link to install the software manufacturer’s website
• Proof of acquisition (invoice)
• Statement on license transfer

(outside the Office 365 Personal product)

All licenses offered by us are permanently valid with no time limit. The legislation allows the re-sale of secondary licenses only for licenses with permanent validity. The exception is the Office 365 Personal product, which is new and active for one year.

(Windows 10, all Office products)

In the case of the Windows 10 operating system, a tool for creating installation media can be downloaded from the official Microsoft website with the purchased license, where you can choose the installation language and architecture (32-bit/64-bit). Subsequently, you will need a blank installation media (DVD or USB key), from which the tool will create the installation media itself.

In the case of installing Office, you are again directed to the official website of Microsoft, where you are invited to enter or create a Microsoft account. After successful login, you are prompted to enter the product key (purchased from us) and the Office language mutation according to your preference. Subsequently, a small installation file with your unique product key is downloaded to your computer, after its launch the installation itself follows without further interaction, it takes place online and downloads approx. 3 GB of data from the Internet.
